1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders for jewelry products purchased from this store.
2. No Refunds for Unreasonably Cancelled Orders
As the products are international small-sized items, international logistics involve high shipping costs, long delivery periods, and there is a risk of loss. Therefore, our store does not support returns and refunds due to personal reasons (such as disliking, not fitting, buying the wrong item, changing one's mind, etc.) by the buyers.
3. Conditions for applying for after-sales service
Only the following situations allow for applying for after-sales service:
• Received that the product has quality issues (color fading, breakage, missing accessories, obvious defects)
• Received the wrong style/sizes
The package was severely damaged, resulting in the damage of the goods.
• Package not received / lost item
4. Application Deadline
Please contact the customer service by providing clear photos/videos within 7 days after local receipt. Applications submitted after this period will not be processed.
5. Solution (Preferred Option)
• Quality issue / Wrong shipment: We will prioritize free re-delivery of the same product, or offer a partial refund (30% - 50%), without requiring the return of the goods.
• Lost item / Undelivered: Full refund or free re-delivery
• Buyer's personal reasons: No refund, no return, no reissue
6. Shipping Rules
• Quality/Wrong shipment/Missing items: All shipping costs will be covered by our store.
• Personal reasons: All shipping fees and related costs will be borne by the buyer.
7. Special Instructions
• Custom engraving / personalized jewelry: Returns and exchanges are not supported
• Promotion/Clearance Items: No returns or exchanges for items not due to quality issues.
•The refund will be processed and returned to your original account within 3-5 working days after the approval.
