Shipping policy

We offer delivery services worldwide to most countries. Please refer to the following details.

Processing time:
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotions or holidays, the processing time may take up to 5 working days.

Shipping methods and times:
- USA:
Standard shipping: 12 to 20 days
- International:
Standard shipping: 7 to 20 days (depending on the destination)

Shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes:
In principle, we offer free shipping and tax exemption for all items in stock in the store.

Lost or stolen packages:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number & photos. We’ll resend or refund fully.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
